Menu: Telur Bistik Special

So yesterday I made "Telur Bistik Special"

What is so special about it?

Coz it was made by me!!!hahahaha

You know when you go to restaurants and you order "telur bistik" or "telur bungkus", the veggies inside them are always the mixed frozen veggies which I don't like  at all! always wasting time to sort them out

So, here goes:

Bahan2:

-bawang+bawang putih= blend
-serbuk cili
-cili sos
-tomato sos
-secret ingredient  [I'll tell you later]
-Telur
-ayam = potong kecik2
-sayur-mayur = I used brokoli, carrot,onions and kobis  [ sori lah ye bi bm bercampur...sengaja :p]


First things first, baca bismillah dulu ^^. You jadikan telur tu sebagai telur dadar. Telur dadar xpayah lah nak ajar kan?hehe...Can also make telur mata  [as to your liking]

Then, tumis bawang blend dengan serbuk cili  [xkisah serbuk cili or cili blend...ikut la but I prefer serbuk cili] sampai masak [karang sakit perut pulak kalau x tumis betul2].

Bila dah agak2 pecah minyak tu, masukkan air sikit....

Then masukkan cili sos, tomato sos, belacan sikitttt [ni la secret ingredientnya..haha] dan ayam  [sebab nk kasi ayam masak dlu]...You kacau2 la bahan2 tu sampai ayam masak  [agak2 kering kuah tambah air lagi tapi jgn byk sgt,karang cair pulak kuah]. Kat sini kena pandai2 lah nak kasi rasa yang best...I didn't use salt or sugar or aji [oh no no! banned ye dlm masakan puan2 sekalian]

Bila ayam dah masak, masukkan sayur mayur and lastly baru masukkan telur dadar yang dah goreng earlier.

Oh..I also put in a little bit of soy sauce  [kicap] sebab nak kasi kaler cantik sikit.
