Barakallahu lakuma AK & AAR

Alhamdulillah, my BFF@ BFTJ is hitched!

No more friend who laughs to almost everything I say, no more friend who seldom...almost doesn't feel disheartened by me, no more friend to get excited with me over something....

OK, better stop here before I get all emotional...eheh

I attended her solemnization and reception ceremony and saw my sweet friend being taken away by her personal doctor :)

May Allah bless your marriage with sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah. May it be a smooth journey until jannah. May you be bless with so many cute children  [and take me as their godmother :D]. Remember what the tok kadi said : "Jaga hubungan dengan Allah, jaga hubungan dengan ibu-bapa"

To Doc AAR: Please take care of AK well. Be patient with her and guide her till jannah.

To AK: I've whispered everything to you so no need to be emotional all over again....hahaha x macho ok!
( dah kawen ni jgn lah lupakan i olls ok?!!!)

bersalaman dengan mother-in-law masing2 :)

Don't grieve at the stab

Life's progress

Moving yet stagnant.

Walimah

So many invitations but due to some limitations, couldn't afford to attend all. But, alhamdulillah, finally I managed to reach Pashuwarya's hometown, Kuala Kangsar, for her older brother's walimah. In fact, I attended all three occasions, the nikah, bride's side and groom's side, VVIP-ing like a boss I would say :). KK is just a nice place for a first timer like me [yes, first time in my life reaching there =_=] and her family is just so wonderfully warming. Introvert me felt so homey there, ngehe. What I love most is, Arif Fikri! A very very cute 5 months old baby....munch munch munch.

Interesting culture apparel from the bride's family members from Sabah :)

So cute!

Another one of Arif Fikri :)

[so much enthusiasm in the writing above, lol]

Health

Unwell. I pray for it to wash away some sins. Nothing if compared to the pain those in Syria, Palestine, etc suffer from.

Money

You can't really do much if you don't have this so-called value paper *sigh*

Dreams

Should I quit now or try better in the future? =_=

Don’t grieve at the stab.
It’s only meant to free you.
From the chains that bind you to the earth
and shackle you to the shadows of people.
The mirage of water cannot quench.
But is so beautiful to the thirsty.
I’m afraid. Of never knowing another life.
Different. So different.
If I let go, will You take me higher?
Above grief, want, loss.
Above all that I’ve ever known.
Take me higher. Unbind me from the earth.
Like a vaccine, it sickens, to make you stronger.
The stab is temporary. The freedom, eternal.

Life itself, is still moving.

On January itself, two of my SMIH buddies are getting married and I can't miss it ^^. Gosh my friends are all grown up  *tears*

A special dedication for my two sweet buddies:

Soon to be Mrs.Mawa: I was surprised when I received your FB invitation but I kinda sensed it earlier. I'm so happy for you and hope you will be blessed with His sakinah, mawaddah [hey,it's you] wa rahmah in your marriage and may it last until jannah . I'm guessing your man is a very soleh and sporting lad ain't it? Alhamdulillah...for you =)

Soon to be Mrs.Wani: It's finally happening isn't it? After this you can go tour Korea again with your husband right? Don't forget to put UK-Europe in your list...tehee guess we won't be travelling buddies lah kn?hehe rhifat bhi is cool with this though ^^. May your walimah be filled with His sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah and blessed until jannah, inshaAllah.

Then we have some on March, June and lots on December and those are the ones confirmed, I might be getting more eventually.

So happy for them. Mabrook Mabrook in advance =)

Off updating and Walimah[s]

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,

Pheww it's been a while. Many have happened along the M.I.A duration. Maybe just a quckie entry, let's see:

- The shocking news about the landslide incident. Al-Fatihah. May all of you whom passed away be placed among the blessed ones, ameen

********************************************************************************

-The Reunion that I could not join. Konvoi Gen6 SMIH to the Walimah reception of my table-mate,Maimunah and her husband and another classmate,Zikri dan his wife. Barakallahu lakuma wa baraka alaikuma wa jama'a bainakuma fi khair to both brides and grooms =)

********************************************************************************

-The very spiritual feeding Walimah reception that I just happened to attend earlier tonight. It was held at the Main Hall C.A.C of my beloved IIUM =). A very unique wedding, maybe to some people because, instead of playing musical instruments, or caklempong, or nasheed, they played quranic verses, hadeeth and displayed it on the big screen so maybe someone might be rajin enough to jot it down? :D [no,not me though].

I really loved the wedding just now...eventhough the bride comes from a  renowned background, and eventhough one may assume at first sight "wah kelassnya wedding ni", they actually made it simple. They have the extra cost to feed people with good service and good food, so what's the problem? And to make me more amused, the guests invited were of a variety groups of people. Tahfiz students, orphans were invited. Even the brides's friends were seated at the first two front tables! [Mine was table no.1!! betul2 depan meja pengantin di atas stage tu! :D]

The tentative was also simple and punctual. They really followed the time allocation, me likey! xde lambat2 ni! The du'a recitation from the bride's brother was nice, the speech given by the bride's father was sweet T_T, the quranic live recitation from this one tahfiz student was an Ear-Candy and the recitations played during our eatery, mashAllah just pleasant!

I also met my sweet INTIS friends [and all of them except two were married with one child or expecting another child TQ ]

Barakallahu lakuma wa baraka alaikuma wa jama'a bainakuma fi khair to Kak Wani & Zauj =)

A walimah well done =)

p/s: maaf ler kalau banyak grammatical error, word order rule error and error2 yg lain...Ai rasa kekoklah menulis di belogs ni yu...hohohoho
