I turn 3 today! :)

The pages are still blank, but there is a miraculous feeling of the words being there, written in invisible ink and clamoring to become visible.  ~Vladimir Nabakov

Happy Birthday dear blog! It has been 3 years since I started blogging. All thanks to Sajid for encouraging me to do so :)

I have written all sorts of stuff. Some are worth reading while others may be pointless rants to the readers. I have changed blogs/urls since my first one due to some reasons but hopefully this one would last until I die :)

I enjoy writing, but currently,I've lost my mojo :((.  Hence, I copy-paste what's worth reading :)

Pray that I will get back my mojo, ok peeps?!

And...and....a BIG THANK YOU to readers who have been following my humble yet sometimes insignificant 'virtual home' slash blog :)

Do you part =)

Succeeded with Earth Hour,yeay!! =)

You may say "oh,what difference does it make just by switching everything off for just an hour?!"

Well, it may not really "save" the earth but it helps create an AWARENESS of how much we have wasted that leads to the slow destruction of mother earth.

I've been doing this for a couple of years now and this is the first time I've done it outside of campus, not that great, I only saw a couple of neighbours who switched off their lights and fans and went outside the balcony to enjoy the beautiful bright sky  [the sky is so bright these days....I only spotted some stars...not much ].

So, I've done my part, did you?!

special dedication to AK in Dublin:  If you're reading this, do switch off your lights for an hour tonight and well....do something besides studying....rest for a while lah!,don't tensi2 your mind too much...you might catch a brain cramp,LOL!!! JK!!! :P

you deactivating your fb, me not active on skype during weekends, when will we eva meet virtually?!!!hahaha

Stay Up?

It's a very common thing among students to stay up due to some reasons:

  •  they are blood related to owls and the Cullens [LOL]
  •  unfinished home works/assignments/slide shows
  • revising subjects
  • last minute study [for midterms/tests/finals!]
  • they don't fancy sleeping  [?!!]
  • beribadah
  • speedy Internet Access
  •  I only know up to this point....haha

For some people, staying up can be frightful especially imagining the comfy yet empty bed space abandoned by the owner whom was supposed to settle off to somewhere far far away ok boleh berhenti merepek sekarang but considering the unfinished business, one ought to stay strong and stay UP!

How to stay awake?

Different people have different unique methods to keep 'em eyeballs and brains awake like:

  • strong coffee
  • listen to musics  [ please be sane, use your headphones!]
  • interval activities  [include gossipping with other stay-uppers, watch series, skipping, lari setempat, chase the cats away, read the novel for a page or two, do laundy, do other people's laundry]
  • surf the Internet
  • wash face with cold water  [from the water cooler that is]
  • wudhu'
  • put minyak cap kapak pada bebola mata   [ni paling femes time SPM dlu...lol]
  • etc

Will it change after you leave your study years?

Na ah! [well, for some maybe]

Oh well,

this is also an act of ibadah [hopefully inshaAllah] and one [ehem ME] must not complain

Gambatei! to all stay uppers like me.

A Baby Girl Is...

A baby girl is...
eyes that mesmerize,
drawing all time, energy and focus
to her unique attractions.
Smiles and giggles,
bringing more thrills,
pleasure and satisfaction
than any amount of money can buy.
Sweet, soft,
feminine baby fragrance...
inhaled happiness.
Growing, changing,
in your eyes appearing
more beautiful every day,
your baby girl is all that,
and so much more.

Antonym for jobless? hehe

Bila kita tak putus harap kepada Allah dalam apa jua keadaan, Dia akan berikan ganjaran terindah kepada kita

So today one of my sweet friend made a status about her being offered a nice job from a nice company and the best part would be: if she is accepted, she'll be based overseas. MashaAllah! Wow wow!

So envious and happy for her! :)

To you [you know whom are you, tehee], my dear, mabruk and all the best.....just accept the offer and do your best!! =)

Super excited to know that another classmate from school [Sarah MR] will be entering the marriage life. Quite shocked actually when I saw her status just now but still, feel so happy for her. She ignited the element of surprise because I see most of her friends are also shocked like me. That's a good thing because Islam has taught to keep it low when you get engaged and spread the joyful moment  [invitation to ] of Nikah to everyone you know. The Walimah Day will be held during the early of March so inshaAllah I'll make myself available. Can make a reunion with  her and my SMIH friends....it's been a longggggg time since I last saw most of them T_T. Prays to Allah that everything will be smooth and nicely for them, ameen =)
