Off Bersih 2.0

Those who were really out there trying to make a difference, HATS OFF and CONGRATULATIONS!

Those who know nothing but just know how to blame people by posting spicy made statuses, well..

Let's reflect on this hadeeth shall we?

Abu Hurairah, radiyallahu 'anhu, reported that the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, said:

"Let whosoever believes in Allah and in the Last Day either speak good or be silent. Let whosoever believes in Allah and in the Last Day honour his neighbour. Let whosoever believes in Allah and in the Last Day honour his guest."

[Al-Bukhari & Muslim]

Mainstream medias...hmmmm...shame on you~

Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi roji'un and my prayers goes to the late Baharuddin Ahmad. May Allah bless your soul and place you among the righteousness, ameen.

Those at the "upstair" rows, remember, life in this world is temporary. Don't make the "rakyat didahulukan" a trophy statement.

And as a closing:

ini baru 1 Malaysia yang x tipu punya! =)

1 Malaysia

I don't need to write a long entry pertaining Bersih as I know there are plenty writings out there anyways. Some are worth reading while others may be just lengthy writings yet zero substance and do not benefit in any way whatsoever so I'm afraid I might end up being one *sarcasm intended*

Peace for the real peace fighters!!!

for Libya

Besides reblogging posts that are so relevant to me, why I love tumblr is because, it's the fastest medium to keep me updated with what's happening around the world. And now, it's Libya's time:

READING

It feels good to know people from all over the world are self-conscious about it  [sadly, ain't happening in fb] and trying to help by creating self-awareness. And it helps me too.

Alhamdulillah.

My prayers are with you, Libya and others.

Let's open our eyes very wide to the reality of life......And contribute as much as we can. The power of the 'pen' is very significant for all you can know~~

The spontaneous trip!

serene,subhanAllah!

It was unplanned but came just in time when I needed a time out and far away from kay ell and the Internet!Though being spontaneous is so not me,  certainly He knows best =). By invitation from her sister and bro-in-law,I tagged along with Enigma (nama samaran) to Lumut. Our stay was inside the TLDM's kuarters?kem? The place is so big! got everything inside, so kagum lah! Anyhoos, they treated me fantabulously and enigma's two nephews were just sooo A-dorable!the crib was comfy, the food was yummylicious, the conversations that were not awkward at all, the fresh sea breeze, the fresh armies routine  [depa kena raging ohh! utk pengentalan diri katanya], the pasar malam, the treats, the 'duit belanja' that they gave us?? [this was awkward mucho!]

All in all, everything was great alhamdulillah. Though our ride back to kay ell was a bit shaky and we almost had an accident. Did have an uneasy feeling since morning so guess this was it. Alhamdulillah we arrived home one piece and alive ^^

Heard from the news that Hosni Mubarak won't run for the same position anymore and also his son...

Alhamdulillah

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.....

First and foremost,

Alhamdulillah!

The Internet connection in Egypt is already back in service. Just had a communication with my colleagues over there :)

The trending in Twitter says that Mubarak announces that he will step down but don't know the validity of that story yet.

Malaysian students are being removed to neighbouring countries and ready to fly back to Malaysia. I'm envious that they are getting months and even one year's worth of holiday. From the emails I've received,Wallahi,I'm envious that they were chosen to experience such situation, just like in Palestine [says them]

Foreigners are getting out from Egypt but Egyptians living outside are coming back to join the reformation.

Praying for the best over there and Hosni Mubarak should really step down, like for real:

go get some rest already

The weather in Malaysia has also improved and the sun is shining brightly. Hopefully, everything's fine in Johor and other states affected by the heavy rain/flood, inshaAllah.

Tomorrow marks my first holiday as an employee. Uberly excited! Got no plans yet but I am so gonna finish reading House Rules  [ter-pending di tgh2 cerita ohh ]

Never forget to extend our prayers for the well-being of everyone out there.

1)  Today is a very cozy day. It has been raining since morning until now. Alhamdulillah, love the rain....and snow =)

2)  The tense in Egypt is still on. I did follow the updates on Jazeera. Inspiring enough while all the chaos was happening, this was never left behind.....

protestors performing Isya'

Really worried about my friends and colleagues over there. Looking at the situation just now, it seems out of control. T_T

3)  Surprisingly, I received an email from the Prime Minister wishing a very happy CNY holiday. I was like  "awkward moment alert!". Are we being spied on?  o_O...wehoooo~~~

Praying the best for everyone out there.

On the other side of the world

If you have been following the world news, you might know what's happening in the Middle East. The latest update would be what's happening now in Egypt. I saw some trending in twitter and tumblr posts about the situation.

You can read it : HERE, HERE

No wonder my superiors were a bit quiet throughout this week. I don't want to jump any further into this matter but I do hope that everything will turn out well inshaAllah. Heard that there will be a BIG riot/demo after Jumaah Prayer [their time] today. UPDATED: I just got info from my colleague that my superiors can't work today. Maybe due to Internet disconnection and the riot...Hope everything is fine over there

On another side, I just saw this touching video. Very rare for me to post such thing but I just can't help not sharing it with others. I think this is so beautiful, in every possible way ^^

T_T <----this    [someone from far awayyy shed tears...hoho]
